Welcome to Booze Qs. By downloading or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to use Booze Qs. By creating an account and using this app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where this requirement is not met.

2. Responsible Use

Booze Qs is a trivia game that references alcohol consumption for entertainment purposes only. By using this app you agree to:

• Drink responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws
• Never drink and drive or operate heavy machinery
• Be aware of your personal limits and those of others
• Not pressure others to consume alcohol

Booze Qs does not encourage or promote excessive alcohol consumption. If you or someone you know has a problem with alcohol, please seek help at SAMHSA.gov or call 1-800-662-4357.

3. User Accounts

You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate game results
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Use offensive, hateful, or inappropriate display names
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within Booze Qs is owned by or licensed to us. Trivia questions are sourced from the Open Trivia Database (opentdb.com) under a Creative Commons license. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

6. Advertising

Booze Qs displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the app you consent to the display of these ads. Ad content is governed by Google's advertising policies.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Booze Qs is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for any harm resulting from alcohol consumption, including but not limited to injury, illness, or death.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Booze Qs and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
